MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is seeking full time Call Center Representatives in the Orlando, Florida.
-Provide exceptional service via telephone and email to our members by engaging them in conversation to unlock their financial needs
-Offer them appropriate products and services
-Individual must be flexible, resilient, and be able to multi-task
-MIDFLORIDA is seeking energetic, friendly, and self-motivated candidates who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members
-Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
-Demonstrated sales success
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Problem solving abilities
-Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office
-High School Diploma or equivalency is required
Qualified candidates will have open availability to work any assigned shift between the hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Applicants may be required to complete a pre-employment skills assessment. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. MIDFLORIDA is a Drug Free Workplace.
Shift Pay differentials are also available for nights and weekends.
