We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney!
This role sits in the US Parks – Retail & Restaurant Technology organization within Technology & Digital for Disney Experiences. It works closely with the Disney Experiences Technology & Digital and teams from across the company.
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Vice President of Retail & Restaurant Technology.
What You'll Do:
Screen and prioritize incoming meeting requests, email, and phone calls
Handle complex calendars with the ability to coordinate constantly evolving and last-minute urgent meetings among executive teams operating across multiple time zones
Assist with general department tasks, including conference room requests, ordering supplies, coordinating general maintenance and upgrades for office equipment, mobile test phones, computers, kitchen duties, etc.
Own and update the organization distribution lists by geography and function
Provide office support such as, but not limited to, supporting location-based events, completing expense reports, tracking organizational deadlines, ordering supplies for team as needed, handling IT and office services related matters, and serving as a point of contact for the team when needing answers. This person is resourceful and will find the answers to questions if they do not already know the answer.
Be responsible for the welcoming and on-boarding of new employees, acquiring resources, ensuring a smooth start.
Planning and coordination of travel.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to work across diverse teams with high quality and professionalism to internal and external members of team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to develop rapport with fellow executive assistants and Chiefs of Staff to support and balance critical business needs
Self-starter with ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and interested in contributing above and beyond the basic job duties.
Be resourceful and comfortable independently navigating the unknown
Use critical problem-solving skills to work through challenges
Proven ability to use good judgment on behalf of the executive
Strong organizational and time management skill to proactively support the executive
Ability to adapt and strongly partner with other administrative and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
Skilled in designing dashboards on programs, like Smartsheet or similar, to support portfolio metrics
Proficiency in presentation technologies such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote
Certified as a notary in the state of FL and/or CA
Education
Required: High school degree or equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or some college coursework completed
