IMA Medical Group is seeking to hire a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring sound financial planning, management, and accounting in alignment with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will not only possess exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills but also demonstrate strong leadership and managerial abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with our healthcare organization's goals and objectives.
Manage medical expense trends, evaluate financial risks, and implement initiatives to control costs.
Oversee SG&A management to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Utilize FP&A expertise to forecast financial performance and support decision-making.
Apply actuarial principles such as IBNR and rate setting to ensure accurate financial projections.
Lead Medicare Bid, MRA, and rate cycle processes to maximize reimbursement and financial viability.
Manage complex debt structures and ensure effective debt service management.
Lead and develop a diverse finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.
Manage and lead annual audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Implement effective cash management strategies and long-term financial planning.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team to set company strategies and priorities.
Navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions based on incomplete data.
Interpret financial results and provide clear, strategic insights to support key decision-making, including Risks and Opportunities (R&O) analysis.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role within the healthcare industry.
Excellent knowledge of healthcare accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements.
IT experience
Managed Care or Full Risk Value Based Experience (Medicare preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving results.
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
