Valencia College is now hiring 10 Student Success Coaches to support our Student Success Coaching Team on Osceola and Poinciana Campus.

As a Student Success Coach at Valencia College, you have the opportunity to transform lives by supporting students throughout their academic journey. Success Coaches work closely with students face to face, as well as virtually, providing assistance with degree planning,, course selection, and referrals to campus learning support resources such as tutoring. Success Coaches engage in proactive outreach strategies designed to help students make well-informed decisions to achieve their educational and career goals.

Additional Information:

• This position operates in a primarily onsite environment.
• We are hiring for our Osceola and Poinciana campus.
• This position is eligible for Veteran’s Preference under Florida Statute 295.07(5)(a), F.S.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday: 8 am to 5 pm. Hours are subject to change based on department needs.
