Job Title: Financial Clerk - eGift Research Specialist
Pay: $16.50 an hour.
Full-Time, Orlando, FL, Hybrid

Job Summary:
Join us in maintaining our crucial electronic funds transfer (EFT) and credit card donation processes.
As a Financial Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our donation systems.
We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about using your financial expertise to further God's Kingdom and meet the qualifications of an AA degree and at least one year of relevant job experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Process credit card donations received by mail, including fund appeal responses and donor credit card giving forms.
Create and manage Credit Card and EFT gifts in our donations processing system.
Generate EFT and Credit Card batches, handle declines from banks and Credit Card companies, and ensure all transactions are completed daily.
Investigate errors resulting from declined transactions, contacting donors for corrections and authorization to reprocess gifts.
Analyze complex requests related to bank account and credit card contribution processing, determining the best course of action for customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Perform adjustments to prior donations and issue refunds when necessary, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Collaborate in drafting new policies related to financial accountabilities, donations processing, tax deductibility, and IRS regulations, representing the ministry with integrity and clarity.

Experience and Skills
Associate’s degree in business administration with at least 1 year of relevant job experience.
