Responsibilities:

As a key player in our Customer Service team, you will:

Utilize the Siebel Donor system and Customer Relationship Management tools to serve a high volume of constituents.
Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, emails, Seibel requests, web inquiries, and requests from various channels.
Analyze requests, taking appropriate actions to resolve or escalate to the relevant area of expertise using Siebel call center programs.
Answer inquiries/questions via phone and email, ensuring completion of 85% of incoming inquiries.
Create designation accounts in collaboration with the Financial Services Group and ministry directors for donations and assessment fees.
Qualify requests from directors for account access, providing system access as needed.
Reproduce tax-deductible receipts for donors, address mailing issues and providing relevant communication.
Identify donor identity and grant web access for Donor Self-Serve accounts.
Collaborate with the team, staying open to cross-training and taking on new tasks assigned by team leaders.

Experience and Skills

Associate Degree (AA) from a two year college or technical school in Business Administration and
2-years experience in a Customer Service role.
