Job Description

As a Production Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple production crews' daily activities, including designating material staging areas, overseeing/training individuals in roofing system installations, and crew personnel management & scheduling.

A Glimpse of What You Will Do

● Provide leadership and direction to all projects.
● Effectively manage and schedule lead crews at multiple sites to complete all projects on time and within budget.
● Train crew members on the proper application of roof systems.
● Ensure that all projects meet the high-quality standards required by our company.
● Understanding and managing scheduling, record keeping, and dealing effectively with people.
● Verifiable ability to write reports and read plans.
● Ability to solve practical problems about projects.
● Professional aptitude to attend job site meetings and interact with builders and customers.
● Ensure that strict safety standards are always followed.

Here is Some of What You will Need Job Requirements

● Minimum two (5) years of supervisory experience in the roofing industry.
● Experience in all different types of roof systems.
● Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and at or below budget.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
● MS Office Suite proficiency is required.
● A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
● Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
● OSHA certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
