IMA Medical Group is seeking Front Office Assistants to offer exceptional support to our doctors and other staff by assisting in all aspects of the medical office.

Responsibilities and Duties - Front Office Assistant

• Ensure that all patients are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and compassion.

• Check-in/outpatients.

• Answer phones, verify insurance, perform referrals, manage patient appointments and other administrative duties.

• Assist Physicians and Medical Assistance.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Experience - (ECW Clinicals Works): 1 year (Preferred)

• Required language: English & Spanish.

• Impeccable appearance.

• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
