Synopsis

Orlando's economy is expanding rapidly, boasting a workforce of 1.5 million and an influx of new residents. However, a talent gap poses a significant threat to future growth and the Orlando 2045 vision. More than half of local businesses face challenges in recruitment, with nearly one million job openings expected in the next five years. The Orlando Economic Partnership recently produced the Orlando Talent Report and discussed these challenges following their research.
